Essence of a Haitian Woman, Inc. (EHW, Inc) is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization based in Miami, FL. Essence of Haitian Woman Inc. (www.ehwinc.org) was founded in 2006 by Cassandra Theramene, a Business and Marketing graduate from Florida A&M University. Our greatest desire is to help young women of Haitian descent and other underrepresented minority groups pursue careers in various business sectors, as well as equip youth boys and girls with skills to excel academically, financially, socially, and civically. There are (2) two sectors to the organization: the scholarship foundation and the outreach program.
